Timothy is a sports rehabilitation and therapy specialist with extensive experience working with athletes across multiple sports, including golf, rugby, and tennis. At OGP, Timothy is dedicated to helping golfers achieve their performance goals, employing techniques that address the unique physical demands of golf.

His approach combines evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of the biomechanics involved in golf swings and movements. Whether working with an injured golfer returning to the course or an elite player preparing for tournament season, Timothy tailors his training to the specific needs of each athlete.

Timothy has worked with Hong Kong, China National Team players across basketball, football, and fencing, as well as serving as a Sports Massage Therapist Supervisor at the Hong Kong Sevens 2019.
