Terms and Conditions for the use of Practice Facilities:

  • Monthly Facility Passes have a 1 month expiry, including any Monthly Facility Passes rewarded upon Sign-up or Renewal.
  • Expiry of Monthly Facilty Passes are counted from the date of purchase or reward.
  • Other Facility Passes may have expiries other than 1 month, individual T&Cs apply.
  • Unused Tokens (up to 1/3 of the purchased value) may be rolledover upon the purchase of any Monthly Facility Pass before expiry.

  • Off-Peak Hours:

    • Weekdays (excl Tuesdays and Fridays) - Before 4pm
    • Tuesdays - Before 8pm
    • Fridays - Before 6pm
    • Weekends - After 4pm
    • Public Holidays (within opening hours) - After 4pm
  • Prepayment is required for booking confirmation. Visitor bookings may be changed once, with a minimum 24 hours notice. Late changes and late cancellations are non-refundable.
  • *Session rate calculated based on the use of Tokens in Bays
