Here are some common questions about our Annual Benefit Plans.

Annual Benefit Points are purchases of OGP Benefit Points. You add a certain amount of Benefit Points (HKD 6,800 / 16,800 / 23,800), and then every service you book automatically gets a discount (Account Benefit) until your Benefit Points run out or expire.

Once you purchase an Annual Benefit Plan, discounts apply automatically when you book or at check-out.

You can use Benefit Points on:

  • Golf lessons (any coach)
  • S&C sessions (any coach)
  • Practice facilities (bays, private rooms, Performance Lab, putting green, chipping green, bunker)
  • Token Passes (Facility Access Pass)
  • Club fitting
  • Workshop services (adjustments, repairs)
  • Merchandise purchases (grips, accessories, etc.)

Benefit Points cannot be used on purchases of services or products from collaboration partners under Other Perks

Yes. When you buy a Token Pass (Facility Access Pass) using your benefit points, the practice facility discount applies to the pass price. This gives you the lowest possible effective hourly rates.

Benefit Points last 12 months from purchase or rewarded date. After that, unused Benefit Points expire. Account Benefits (discounts) expire when Benefit Points purchased are used up or expired.

Unused Benefit Points can be:
1) Rolled-over on the purchase of another Annual Benefits Plan; or
2) Extended on a per month basis for an administrative charge. For details please check with our Front Desk!

Benefit Points can be shared with a number of spouse/children/parents depending on the Annual Benefits Plan purchased.

No. Benefit Points are for your own use only (including your spouse/child/parent registered). You (or your spouse/child/parent registered) must be present for the booking for the discounts to apply.
