His personalized training focuses on improving joint mobility, coordination, and body strength, enabling better control of one's own movements. With Neo's guidance, movement becomes better, leading to an improved quality of life both on and off the course.
Neo's sessions are challenging but purposeful, pushing you into new ranges of motion safely. He understands that all progress takes place outside the comfort zone — and gently guides you there.
