OGP (Optimus Golf Performance) is Hong Kong's most comprehensive indoor golf training facility. We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our front desk team.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for our guests — welcoming them, handling inquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from the moment they walk in.

Responsibilities

Welcome arriving guests and handle inquiries in person, via phone, or on WhatsApp
Conduct facility tours for new or prospective students
Present available services (golf lessons, simulators, fitness training, club fitting) to current or potential students
Recommend and explain pricing plans and packages to help guests find the right fit
Handle booking and cancellation requests via in-person, WhatsApp, or the booking system
Process payments, POS transactions, and invoicing accurately
Provide basic technical assistance to guests using simulators or other equipment when needed
Ensure all data is entered completely into systems and support administrative tasks such as record keeping

Must Have

F.6 / HKDSE or above
2 years relevant experience in gyms, yoga studios, Pilates studios, hotels, hospitality, or customer service
Fluent in at least 1 of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
