We're looking for a Full Time Reformer Pilates instructor who loves golf and understands how Pilates transforms athletic performance.

Golfers have unique needs: rotation, stability, hip mobility, core control, and injury prevention. Reformer Pilates is the perfect complement to golf training — building strength without bulk, improving flexibility without forcing range, and teaching the body to move as one connected unit.

You'll be part of a team that includes PGA coaches, S&C specialists, and a master club fitter — all working together for the same clients.

Responsibilities

Deliver 1-on-1 Reformer Pilates sessions primarily tailored to golfers' specific needs - rotation, hip mobility, core stability and injury prevention.
Conduct initial movement assessments and design progressive programs that complement each client's golf training.
Collaborate with OGP's golf coaches and S&C specialists to ensure Pilates work supports on-course goals.
Conduct her/himself in an appropriate manner, offer the highest standards of teaching and keep appropriate relationships with students.
Build long-term relationships with clients.

Must Have

Certified Reformer Pilates Teacher from a worldwide recognized Pilates school. Stott is highly preferred.
Genuine passion for golf — you don't need to be a scratch golfer, but you need to understand the swing and the physical demands of the game
Minimum 2 years teaching Reformer Pilates, ideally with athletic or clinical populations
Initiative to keep studying and growing as a teacher and as an individual.
Open minded, grounded and responsible character.
Ability to work well in a team and support the collective development of the teaching community and the company.
Strong understanding of spinal mechanics, hip function, core control, and how Pilates applies to rotational sports
Ability to explain complex movement concepts clearly and simply — to both beginner and advanced clients
Valid Hong Kong work status

Nice to have

TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certification, or experience with sports rehab / athletic populations
Background in strength & conditioning or sports therapy
Background in Gyrotonic
Experience working with clients recovering from back pain, hip issues, or post-injury
Cantonese or Mandarin in addition to English
