We're looking for a Full Time Golf Instructor who loves coaching and understands how data-driven instruction transforms golf performance.

We're looking for an instructor who shares our philosophy: that every golfer is unique — and their coaching plan should be too. If you're passionate about teaching, fascinated by golf biomechanics, and excited to work with motivated clients who want to improve, we want to meet you.

Golfers have unique needs: swing efficiency, distance, consistency, and injury prevention. At OGP, we believe that great coaching combines technical expertise, data-driven feedback, and genuine care for each student's journey.

You'll be part of a team that includes PGA coaches, S&C specialists, and a master club fitter — all working together for the same clients.

Responsibilities

Deliver 1-on-1 private golf lessons to students ranging from beginners to competitive amateurs and juniors
Use TrackMan, Uneekor, and high-speed cameras to provide data-informed feedback
Develop personalised training plans based on each student's body, goals, and timeline
Collaborate with OGP's S&C coaches and club fitter to ensure integrated student progress
Conduct yourself in an appropriate manner, offer the highest standards of teaching, and maintain appropriate relationships with students
Build long-term relationships with clients
Participate in team meetings and continuous professional development

Must Have

PGA certification (or recognised international equivalent — HKPGA, Australian PGA, British PGA, etc.)
Genuine passion for teaching — you don't need to be a tour player, but you need to understand the golf swing and how to help others improve
Minimum 2–3 years of coaching experience (private lessons preferred)
Student-first teaching philosophy — patient, clear, and encouraging
Open minded, grounded and responsible character.
Ability to work well in a team and support the collective development of the coaching community and the company
Strong understanding of swing mechanics — grip, posture, alignment, impact factors
Ability to explain complex swing concepts clearly and simply — to both beginner and advanced clients
Valid Hong Kong work status

Nice to have

Experience coaching juniors (ages 6–16) or lady golfers
Experience with 3D motion analysis (Sportsbox, Smart2Move, etc.)
TPI certification or background in golf fitness
Cantonese or Mandarin in addition to English
